This training will give you an overview of the Process Assessment Model (PAM) “SPICE for Mechanical Engineering” and its key processes. The improvement of the company’s own processes on the basis of “SPICE for Mechanical Engineering” supports you in meeting the challenges of evolving mechanical development. The requirements of the model will be shown, but also practical examples will be given how these can be implemented in practice. For this purpose, processes and workflows of a company are presented and exemplary work products are shown.
