Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming industries and businesses, creating unprecedented opportunities for innovation and efficiency. At the same time, the use of AI systems poses a significant challenge to quality assurance and testing procedures: these technologies harbor new and different risks and sources of error for process quality, trustworthiness, and security. This course provides a hands-on approach for the comprehensive evaluation of AI systems – from data validation, training, and fine-tuning to suitability assessment for safe use in productive environments. You can book the course in a two-day or four-day version. The two-day version covers all the important basics to start a sound quality assurance of AI systems, with a focus on assessing their suitability for use in existing business processes. In addition to the basics, the four-day version covers all the important methods for evaluating data quality and testing AI systems in detail. It is particularly suitable for participants who actively fine-tune or develop AI-systems.
