For Process Fellows confidentiality, availability and integrity of information have great
value. We have taken extensive measures on protection of sensitive and confidential information.
Therefore, we follow the question catalogue of information security of the German Association of the

Process Fellows is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We are implementing verifiable continuous process improvement to best meet our customers’ expectations.
ACCREDITATION AS INTACS® TRAINING PROVIDER
Process Fellows is accredited by the VDA-QMC as a training provider.
Among other things, we are allowed to train Automotive SPICE® assessors and to conduct intacs® trainings.
PERSONAL CERTIFICATION: AUTOMOTIVE SPICE® ASSESSOR
All Process Fellows consultants are certified Automotive SPICE® assessors, four of them instructors with many years of experience in training Provisional and Competent Assessors.
PERSONAL CERTIFICATION: SQIL
Process Fellows employees are qualified by Volkswagen AG as SQIL (Software Quality Improvement Leader).
Since our customer base includes a large number of suppliers to the Volkswagen Group, most of our employees are qualified by Volkswagen AG as so-called “Software Quality Improvement Leaders” (SQIL). This enables us to advise and support our customers in the best possible way in the implementation and fulfillment of the “Group Basic Requirements Software Development” (KGAS).
